The Memmert HPPeco constant climate chambers can be used in many areas of laboratories and medicine and offer maximum energy efficiency in continuous operation. The models of this series are tailor-made for stability studies according to ICH guidelines, stability tests for cosmetics and food, as well as environmental testing and material testing.

Innovative technology for high energy efficiency

The efficient climate chambers of the HPPeco series from Memmert ensure a homogeneous distribution of temperature and humidity inside the appliance. The device guarantees you reliable and fail-safe continuous operation for many years. The models from our manufacturer are also used in science, industry and quality assurance.

The special feature of these climate chambers is their Advanced Peltier technology. This makes them around 90 percent more energy-efficient in continuous operation than compressor-cooled units. Another advantage is that no refrigerant is required, making the climatic chamber virtually maintenance-free.

The temperature control from + 0 °C to + 70 °C and the active humidification and dehumidification 10 % to 90 % rh in the HPPeco are optimally matched to the requirements in the areas of application. Due to its quiet operation, the climatic chamber is also particularly suitable for breeding insects and zebrafish.

The most important features and model variants

The climatic chamber is available in seven model sizes with an interior volume ranging from 108 to 2140 liters . The doors with glass cut-outs are made of robust stainless steel as standard and are fully insulated. The inner part of the door is made of resistant glass, which is designed to prevent contamination and temperature drop or rise. In addition, the doors provide you with an optimal view of the temperature-controlled product.

Thanks to high-precision control, the units always guarantee an absolutely homogeneous and stable distribution of temperature and humidity. This is ensured, among other things, by the powerful micro-metering pump with smart control in the interior. From the freezing point upwards, a wide working range is offered by the climatic chamber, which can be ideally used for materials testing, environmental testing as well as materials testing in industry.

The individual models in the product series feature a user-friendly and intuitive operating concept. The desired settings for temperature and humidity lamps can be extensively programmed via the AtmoCONTROL software. In addition, there are numerous different options for documentation via the interfaces, integrated data loggers and the AtmoCONTROL software itself.

The majority of Memmert models can be used universally. In addition, you can select from different sizes and volumes exactly the one that fits your work area. The devices all convince with the following points:

Temperature

The setting accuracy of the desired temperature is around 0.1 °C for this series. You therefore have the option of making your settings with degree accuracy. The temperature range for all model variants is +5 °C to +70 °C. Two integrated temperature sensors ensure mutual monitoring and take over of the functions in the event of a fault. This gives you a high degree of safety.

Standard scope of delivery

The units are each equipped with at least two stainless steel grids (electropolished) as plug-in units, which can be flexibly adapted. A fully insulated stainless steel door with 2-point adjustment and inner glass door surface is installed, which gives you an optimal view of the contents. The scope of delivery also includes a water canister including connection hose.

Interior & Housing

The stainless steel interior has a volume of 108 l to 2140 l. The dimensions are 560 mm x 480 mm x 400 mm in width, height and depth (WxHxD) minus 32 mm for fan – peliter in depth. A total of 5 shelves can be placed in the interior, with a maximum load of 20 kg per shelf. For larger models of this series, the number of shelves may vary.

The structural stainless steel case of the smallest unit measures 745 mm x 864 mm x 555 mm in width, height and depth (WxHxD). In addition, there are 56 mm in depth for the door handle and 111 mm for the Peltier element. A fully galvanized sheet steel back panel is attached to the rear of the housing. The net weight of the unit (without packaging) is approximately 64 kg.
