The LABOPORT laboratory vacuum pump is a special type of diaphragm pump. It is available in various models and combines an efficient working process with clean and completely oil-free operation. The compact, quiet and reliable design is among the many other advantages. Depending on the equipment variant, this diaphragm vacuum pump has a delivery rate of up to 20 l/min and a maximum ultimate vacuum of 8 mbar.
For corrosive and aggressive gases and vapours, KNF Neuberger manufactures diaphragm vacuum pumps with a chemically resistant surface - so that these chemicals can be handled without any problems. For this purpose, these KNF pumps are equipped with wetted parts made of TFM PTFE and FFKM. This applies to the delivery area as well as the pump heads, valves and diaphragms.
