Shipping information
Of course, it is our goal that you receive your order as soon as possible after completing the payment. For this purpose, we ship our goods daily throughout Germany and worldwide. Our internal digital infrastructure and good networking with our partners enable us to handle the order and delivery process particularly quickly. In addition to various shipping options, you also have the option to pick up your delivery from us yourself.
You can find out below which shipping methods we offer and whether or what additional costs you should expect. You will also receive an initial determination of the potential shipping costs once you have placed the desired goods in the shopping cart.
Standard shipments
For our standard shipments we use the service of DHL-Express or DPD. If necessary, we can also send you the goods with another shipping service provider.
For this purpose, we will gladly obtain an offer from e.g. Hermes, GLS or UPS upon request. In this case, please contact our service team before completing the order.
Parcels within Germany
For deliveries within Germany we use the following shipping options from which you can choose:
Standard Light
The shipping costs for parcels up to 500,-€ within Germany are 4,95 Euro plus. VAT
Standard
The shipping costs for domestic parcels from 500,-€ are 14,90 Euro plus. VAT
International Parcels
You order a product to the international area? To be able to give you precise information about the shipping costs,we need the information about the desired item from you.

Forwarding, sea or air freight
You will receive a personal offer from us for both forwarding goods and sea or air freight. In doing so, we strive to guarantee you the best possible price-performance ratio, taking into account the current conditions.
Incoterms 2010 – DAP:
You would like to order from us via DAP? Then please contact us directly and we will obtain an appropriate offer for you. Simply contact us.
Click and collect
You also have the option to pick up your item from us. Please contact us to arrange an appointment for self-collection. We will then provide you with the item on site at the requested time.
Note: Please take into account that the prices for other countries may differ from the prices applicable in Germany.
Shipping and protection of your delivery
We want the goods to reach you undamaged in the safest way. For this purpose, all our deliveries are insured up to a maximum sum insured of 25,000 euros. If your goods exceed this value, we will contact you regarding this.
Delivery time
The length of the delivery period depends, among other things, on your ordered products. In case of high demand, there may be delays in a few cases, over which we unfortunately have no control. In urgent cases, we will gladly try to find a suitable, quick solutiontogether with you. In this case, do not be afraid to contact us and inform about the urgency.
