Powerful incubators

This circulating air incubator from Binder operates in a range from +7 °C up to +100 °C. A high-quality LCD display serves as the monitoring and control unit. The unit also has electromechanical control of the exhaust air flap and has two chrome-plated slide-in grids. This provides ample space to accommodate samples, etc.

The model also comes with an internal volume of 51 to 100 liters , depending on the version. And it can be networked with your computer via the USB interface for reading out data. All recorded data can then be conveniently monitored or documented on your PC.

Interior and design of the incubator

This model is made of high quality and sturdy stainless steel, which gives it a particularly high durability and good hygiene standards. The exterior design is in white. The ergonomic handle is located on the left side and guarantees a smooth opening. The door has appropriate insulation to prevent unwanted heat from entering the unit and closes very tightly thanks to the lip seals . A special feature in terms of design is the inner door, which is made of safety glass (ESG).

In addition, the unit has an adjustable drainage flap. The BF56 can be cleaned in no time at all. The reason for this is the integrated 100 °C disinfection routine, which you can simply switch on at the touch of a button. The LCD display keeps everything in view and gives you a precise overview of which settings should be made and when. The temperature accuracy of the device is ensured by the so-called APT.line technology .

Safety first

Safety plays a major role with Binder devices and is always guaranteed. The device therefore has an integrated temperature selection monitor of class 3.1 (according to DIN 12880) and is equipped with an optical alarm .

If the unit is opened for 30 seconds, at a temperature of 37 °C, the unit requires three minutes to return to the initial temperature. The outer door closes very securely and the ergonomic handle also provides safety against slipping during opening.
