In addition to a digital pressure control system, this device features user-friendly, intuitive operation and a coordinated heating concept, which are responsible for precise and homogeneous temperature control and guarantee reliable results at all times. Ensuring uninterrupted long-term tests is also no problem with this unit, thanks to state-of-the-art technology and efficient operation.

Models in this product series can also be equipped with climate-friendly, energy-efficient accessories. These include a vacuum pump, for example, which saves around 70 percent energy. The oven also has an integrated data logger and is equipped with AtmoCONTROL, a software for optimum, individual settings.

The Memmert special plug allows the thermoshelves to be plugged into different levels. This makes the device flexible to use in numerous areas.

Spacious interior & easy-care design

The body of the model is hermetically welded and made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, more precisely material no. 1.4404. The appliance also has an additional interior panelling made of stainless steel 1.4404, which can be removed for cleaning. The interior panelling also comes with support rails and an anti-tilt device. A ceiling panel to prevent ventilation turbulence is also provided.

The interior has a volume of 101 liters in the largest version of this product series. In addition, you can choose between two other versions with 29 liters and 49 liters. This cabinet contains two shelves made of aluminum material 3.3547 (ASTM B209) with an integrated large-surface heating. In terms of design, the model is white with gray elements and four feet that facilitate cleaning under the unit.

Efficient technologies for routine work

First of all, this includes the possibility of setting the temperature in this vacuum drying oven up to a temperature of +20 - 200 °C. The temperature deviation is up to +20 °C. The temperature deviation is just 0.1 °C up to 99.9 °C and only 0.5 °C from 100 °C after briefly opening the door. The heart of this unit is the high-quality and robust digital pressure control of the speed-controlled vacuum pump.

The unit also has a reliable timer, which is equipped with a digital reverse clock with target time indication. This can be set individually from one minute to 99 days. All these features serve to ensure the function of the ovens and climatic chambers and to shorten the process times for vacuum drying.

In terms of safety, the model has a number of features that prevent your working materials, such as samples and other substances, from suffering any damage. This includes, above all, the precise and reliable temperature monitoring by means of the mechanical temperature limiter.

In addition, there is the so-called AutoSAFETY program, an integrated over- and under-temperature protection, which ensures that all materials are always processed under the optimal conditions. A visual as well as an acoustic alarm is also integrated. The self-diagnosis system also ensures improved fault detection. This allows you to get to the bottom of possible problems in the best possible way and rectify them immediately.
