A popular cabinet for cleanroom and laboratory

This Memmert pass-through cabinet offers unique advantages. These include the user-friendly and at the same time intuitive operating concept. Some of the model variants are also equipped with the popular TwinDisplay and can be programmed via the AtmoCONTROL software familiar to Memmert ovens.

The practical TwinDisplay guarantees you a very precise setting of the heating temperature. The models in this series also have an air flap position, which can be controlled electronically. Furthermore, these units have so-called temperature/air change ramps. The supply of preheated fresh air prevents temperature fluctuations inside the container or when the pass-through function is in use.

Thanks to the perfectly tuned control technology, this unit enables particularly precise and homogeneous temperature control of the samples. The unit also features a product-specific heating concept and an integrated timer.

This instrument is available in four models. These models differ in terms of size or volume. However, all of them operate within an amazing temperature range of +20 °C to +250 °C.

  • The UF160 TS comes with an internal volume of 161 liters and is single-door.
  • The UF260TS has an internal volume of 256 liters and is single-door.
  • The UF450TS- model has an interior volume of 449 lit ers and is two-door.
  • The UF750TS has an interior volume of 749 lit ers and is two-door.

Equipment, design and interior

The body of the pass-through cabinet is made of high-quality, rust-resistant and easy-to-clean stainless steel. This also applies to the interior, which can be keptparticularly hygienic and meets all requirements in this area.

The two larger models have two doors or a double door, and the smaller models have a fully insulated door on both sides, each with an ergonomic handle. The interior of the unit features two electropolished stainless steel grids, providing ample space for your work materials.

Technologies that inspire

This instrument, which is ideal for contamination-free sample transport, is programmed via the easy-to-use AtmoCONTROL software. In addition, the model operates with an electronically adjustable air turbine, which can be set in 10 percent increments. Fresh air is supplied through the electronically adjustable exhaust air flap and the exhaust air is discharged via exhaust air nozzles, which are equipped with a throttle valve.

Highly sensitive sensors allow optimal monitoring of your settings and ensure reliable, precise results. The unit is particularly quiet thanks to the modern technologies installed.

Safety is always the top priority for our brand manufacturers – and this is also the case with Memmert appliances. Because it's not just extraordinary precision that is on display here. Thanks to its modern built-in technologies, the device also has high safety standards for the clean room.

The perfectly coordinated control technology, for example, contributes to this, as does the first-class temperature selection monitor function (TWW). This means that protection class 3.1 is available. Furthermore, the professional AutoSAFETY system is integrated. Due to the sophisticated safety functions and the self-diagnosis system, the model signals you in an acoustic and optical alarm if there are any faults or unauthorized persons have gained access to your working materials.

The devices of the UF T5 series have different technical data depending on the model. To give you an overview, we have summarized them briefly here.   • The UF160 TS is the smallest unit in this series. It measures 560 mm x 720 mm x 400 mm, has eight shelves and an empty weight of 120 kg.
  • The UF260TS measures 640 mm x 800 mm x 500 mm and has 9 shelves and an empty weight of 138 kg.
  • The UF450TS is suitable for medium to large work areas. It requires a footprint of 1040 mm x 720 mm x 600 mm and has 8 shel ves. Added to this is its gross weight of 213 kg.
  • The UF750TS is the largest model. It comes with a gross weight of 260 kg and has 14 shelves. Due to its size, it requires a footprint that measures 1040 mm x 1200 mm x 600 mm.
