iVISION EXTRUSION 38 industrial vacuum cleaner
The compact iVISION EXTRUSION 38 industrial vacuum cleaner is ideal for the professional extraction of aluminum and PVC chips in confined working environments. Its virtually maintenance-free continuous operation and generously dimensioned air volume flow prove why this device is superior to many other solutions on the market. However, those who require higher suction volumes or larger containers can alternatively turn to models such as the [iVISION EXTRUSION 100 industrial vacuum cleaner] for additional performance options.
Performance features and special features
This model offers a robust design paired with user-friendly handling. Thanks to its powerful three-phase motor, the vacuum cleaner works stably over the long term and will only require infrequent maintenance intervals. Particularly noteworthy is the flexible application for smaller single-head mitre saws or similar machines that generate different amounts of chips and dust. In many manufacturing and trade areas, this compact solution supports continuous cleanliness in the workplace.
- Motor power: 1.5 kW (three-phase current)
- Max. Negative pressure: 25 mbar
- Air volume flow: Up to 1200 m³/h
- Extraction nozzle: 1 x 100 mm diameter
- Container capacity: 38 l
- Filter class: M (other filter media on request)
- Dimensions (H x D x W): 120 x 60 x 63 cm
In addition, the appliance is equipped with a sturdy chassis that makes it easy to move. The higher frequency of 50 Hz and the standard operating voltage (400 V) cover the usual requirements in many industrial operations. However, other voltages or frequencies are also possible, for example if special machines at the production site have special energy requirements. This allows the device to be adapted even better to individual requirements.
A class M filter is installed as an additional quality feature. This provides efficient protection for both the ambient air and the machines themselves against fine dust. Additional filter solutions are available on request, for example to capture finer particles or specific problematic substances. Of course, such an extraction solution complies with current standards and is designed for CE-compliant use.
Application examples
- Precision cutting of aluminum or PVC profiles in window construction: The single-head mitre saw produces small chip residues that are reliably extracted.
- Machining plastic parts in the furniture industry, where dust must be minimized in compact workshops.
- Easy cleaning of machine areas in metal processing without interrupting the ongoing production process.
- Use in confined production lines where a maneuverable and space-saving industrial vacuum cleaner is essential.
Thanks to its flexible alignment and stable collection capacity of 38 liters, this industrial vacuum cleaner is particularly ideal when regular but not excessively large quantities of chips are produced.
FAQs
What is the best way to maintain the appliance
?
Due to the three-phase motor, only a minimum maintenance interval is required. A visual inspection of the filters and seals is often sufficient to guarantee high suction power.
Can I connect the vacuum cleaner to several machines?
Connection to a machine with a suction nozzle of 100 mm is standard. If the vacuum cleaner is to be used in a more complex workshop infrastructure, a distributor piece can be added. However, the efficiency depends on the required air flow.
What material can be extracted
The device is primarily designed for aluminum and PVC chips. In principle, however, many other dry materials can also be picked up. In the case of glass fiber or particularly fine dusts, it should be discussed whether a higher-quality filter (e.g. HEPA) is recommended.
What requirements do I need to consider for the location?
The vacuum cleaner should be operated in well-ventilated work areas. As the appliance is easy to move, it can also be placed in work environments where space is limited.
Is the device suitable for continuous operation?
Yes, the model is designed for continuous operation. Even with longer running times, the powerful motor and reliable design ensure consistently high suction power.
Conclusion
With its compact, maneuverable design and an almost maintenance-free three-phase motor, this industrial vacuum cleaner is a first-class choice for companies that need to vacuum moderate quantities of aluminium or PVC chips. Filter class M also ensures that dust and smaller particles are safely collected. If you need a higher container capacity or more suction power, you can look to other solutions from the manufacturer. However, this model scores particularly well when a robust and powerful extraction solution is needed in confined spaces and on smaller machines.
