IKA HBR 4 control: versatile, functional heating and water bath.
This heating bath integrates multiple advantages with safe heating and with magnetic stirring drive. The device offers a professional RS 232 interface. With this IKA HBR 4 control, you can gently heat samples and undertake scientific research in the laboratory.
Device with strong power
The main functions include heating samples in a stainless steel bath and stirring such samples. For example, you can use an integrated magnetic stirrer to keep liquids circulating and provide improved heat distribution.
Modern design and easy handling
The model is made of stainless steel. There are two black handles that can be used to transport the heating bath. On the front side there is an on/off switch. The device has a meaningful LCD display with a dial and with four buttons to control this model.
The integrated magnetic stirrer drive can be used to mix the samples and to provide better heat distribution in the bath. The unit can be used with a temperature sensor, which is external, for temperature control directly in the medium. The safety temperature limiter is continuously adjustable according to DIN 12877 and the IP protection class is according to DIN EN 60529: IP 21.
The device also has dimensions of (W x H x D) 340 mm x 250 mm x 340 mm. Its weight is 5.6 kg. The achievable heating power is 1,000 watts. The heating temperature range of this model is between the room temperature and 200 °C. It is possible to adjust the heating temperature steplessly.
