UF V 700: lowest energy consumption in its class

The UF V 700 is the ideal Binder ultra-low freezer for use in the laboratory. With a temperature of up to -90°C and an interior volume of 700 liters, it offers sufficient space for your materials and ensures reliable storage. The audible and visual alarms ensure that you are always informed about the status of the unit.

Temperature regulation at the touch of a button

Look forward to an uncomplicated solution for temperature regulation with the UF V series! This control works electronically and can be additionally protected with the help of a key system. Uniform temperature distribution paired with convection cooling enable proper storage of pharmaceuticals, drugs or temperature-sensitive biologicals.

The freezer has static cooling and is equipped with climate-neutral refrigerants R-290 and R-170 and a temperature controller. The normal consumption is 8,100 kWh/24h and the power consumption is 10 A. The freezer has a minimum temperature of -90 °C and a temperature range of -90 to -40 °C. The warm-up time in the event of a power failure from -80 °C to -60 °C is 250 minutes.

The spatial temperature deviation at -80 °C is only 2.5 K and the average heat output at a set point of -80 °C and an ambient temperature of 21 °C is 34 W. The stainless steel detachable interior doors provide additional sealing and protection against temperature escape.

A real storage miracle and efficient thermal insulation!

The UF V 700 is a freezer with practical housing dimensions specially designed for use in the laboratory. With an interior volume of 700 l, a width of 1110 mm and a height of 1966 mm, the item offers sufficient space for your samples. The inner chamber is 890 mm wide and 1300 mm high. The UF V 700 has three stainless steel shelves and a maximum load per compartment of 50 kg. The maximum total load is 200 kg. The freezer has a noise level of 47 dB(A) and a net weight of 288 kg. It is not lockable and does not have automatic defrost or explosion-proof design.

Generally, you get the unit with a self-closing, lockable door - as well as a rust-proof interior made entirely of stainless steel. The safe outer casing is also protected against rust and is made of a sturdy steel plate with impact and shock-resistant powder coating. Reduce power consumption very much: insulation of the inner doors made of robust, insulating and environmentally friendly material makes it possible. The environmentally friendly refrigerant R 290 ensures a low energy consumption.

Optimally protected

Temperature deviations as well as possible faults are quickly detected on Binder ultra low temperature freezer with the help of the visual and acoustic alarm and can be remedied in good time. Should an unintentional opening of the door occur with this model, an integrated door opening alarm sounds after approx. 60 seconds . A monitoring unit can remain in operation for about 30 hours via the rechargeable battery. In the event of a power failure, the signal also remains active. Thus, you remain informed about temperature changes or error messages.
