What makes the device stand out?

The drying cabinet is a certified safety drying cabinet intended for storing small amounts of solvents. The interior is protected from dust and is not made of silicone. The device also has a preheating technology and can dry even more efficiently. In addition, there is the possibility to renew the fresh air inside the unit again and again, thus providing your samples and working materials with even better oxygen.

The integrated fresh air monitoring ensures that you always know when the fresh air cartridges need to be replaced. In addition, the drying oven has a controller that can be used to program the unit via time segments and real time.

High-quality, easy-care design

This model is a small, compact safety drying cabinet that can be opened with a door. The unit is colored in a neutral white tone, only above the door there is a red stripe, on which the buttons are located to properly set the device, such as the temperature controller. The door can be opened with a handle and opens to the right side.

The device comes with two stainless steel grids that can be hooked on five different levels. This gives you the opportunity to better organize the samples inside and customize them to your individual preferences.

First-class safety precautions

Incubators from Binder are predominantly used by our customers for both bacterial and eukaryotic cells. For example, you can individually control temperature, humidity and other conditions such as the carbon dioxide and oxygen content for the formation and maintenance of a specific microclimate in the atmosphere of the incubator. The safety factor also plays a special role in this regard. Binder always places a high focus on this factor in its equipment.

To ensure that the interior of the drying oven is protected from external influences and that samples are not contaminated, the door is provided with a silicone coating. This keeps the interior tightly closed and sealed.

The device can be heated up to 300 °C and needs around 20 minutes for almost complete heating. The model comes with a size of 830 mm x 805 mm x 685 mm, making it small and compact. This allows you to store the unit in any location and find a place to keep it even in a lab that is already set up.

Empty, the unit weighs 90kg, but it can be filled with an extra weight of up to 60kg. It is important to mention here that only 30kg may be loaded on the individual grids per rack.

Although the unit only comes with 2 shelves on which the samples can be stored, you can purchase additional shelves, which will give you even more storage space. Nevertheless, the maximum weight should be observed, so that the device is not damaged.
