An all-rounder for everyday laboratory work

The device from Binder is a real all-rounder for the laboratory and many other work areas. The temperature can be mechanically adjusted and regulated here via the existing controllers to create the perfect conditions for your temperature-controlled goods.

In terms of design, it is kept very simple , so that it also visually fits into any laboratory and does not stand out due to its white color. Furthermore, the cabinet stands on four feet so that hygiene standards can be maintained as cleaning underneath the unit is made easier by the elevated position.

Alternatively, you can choose the device with a safety window , through which you will then have an optimal view of the processes taking place inside. This is particularly suitable if you want to use the model as an incubator or incubator. In addition, you can choose whether you want to use the device with or without a temperature limiter .

Design & Materials

This model is a plain white model made of white stainless steel with a solid door on which you can find the necessary mechanical controls that allow you to easily control the unit. The fume hood can be opened and closed individually. This ensures easy action in case of maintenance or malfunction.

In the interior there are two grids, which you can hang to the desired height to arrange your stored goods according to your needs.

Modern technologies

The device has a preheating chamber, which allows the interior to be homogeneously tempered, ensuring particularly good results. The high-quality insulation also ensures good heat retention inside the unit.

In order to simplify handling in test situations, the chamber has a timer that can be set to up to 120 min and is then indicated by a signal tone. The hydraulic-thermal thermostat allows you to regulate the internal temperature very precisely.

The unit comes with a size of 580 mm x 402 mm x 425 mm, making it small and compact. The oven comes with a gross weight of around 27 kg and can be loaded with a maximum of 50 kg. The individual grates can carry a maximum of 10 kg each.

This model is a drying oven that can be heated within a temperature range of 60 °C up to 230 °C. Depending on whether you chose the model with or without a temperature stopper, you can set it so that you can control the temperature even better.
